أسئلة شائعة

لا أسمع التلاوة. ما الحل؟
  1. ارفع صوت الجهاز. وفي الآيفون تأكد أن مفتاح الصامت ليس في وضع الصامت.
  2. تأكد أن الإنترنت يعمل، أو أن السورة منزَّلة للاستماع بلا إنترنت. فالتلاوة تُجلب من الإنترنت أول مرة.
  3. إذا كانت سماعة بلوتوث متصلة فافصلها أو افحص صوتها، وأغلق التطبيقات الأخرى التي تشغّل صوتًا.
  4. أغلق التطبيق وافتحه من جديد.
  5. «المؤثرات الصوتية» لها مفتاح في ركن الأهل ← الإعدادات، وهي منفصلة عن التلاوة.
  6. إن استمرت المشكلة فراسلنا مع نوع الجهاز وإصدار النظام.
كيف أنزّل التلاوة للاستماع بلا إنترنت؟

افتح ركن الأهل ← «الاستماع بلا إنترنت»، واختر جزء عمّ والفاتحة، أو القرآن كاملًا (حجم كبير، استعمل الواي فاي)، أو جزءًا أو سورة واحدة. للتوفير في المساحة اضغط «احذف التنزيلات».

كيف أفتح ركن الأهل؟

اضغط تبويب «ركن الأهل». سيظهر سؤال فيه عدد مكتوب بالحروف مثل «سبعة وعشرون»: اكتبه بالأرقام (27)، ثم اضغط الزر ضغطًا مطوّلًا لمدة 3 ثوانٍ. هذه البوابة تُبعد الصغار عن الإعدادات والحساب.

كيف أنشئ حسابًا ولماذا؟

الحساب اختياري. من ركن الأهل ← حسابي أدخل بياناتك وبيانات أطفالك ووافق على سياسة الخصوصية (إلزامية)، وفعّل موافقة التسويق إن شئت (اختيارية). يتيح الحساب نسخة احتياطية لتقدّم الأطفال واستعادتها على جهاز جديد برمز يصل إلى بريدك. بدون حساب يعمل التطبيق كاملًا.

غيّرت هاتفي. كيف أستعيد تقدّم طفلي؟

إن كنت قد أنشأت حسابًا: ثبّت التطبيق على الجهاز الجديد، وافتح ركن الأهل ← حسابي ← تسجيل الدخول، وأدخل بريدك ثم الرمز المكوّن من 6 أرقام الذي يصلك (صالح 10 دقائق). يعود التقدّم والملفات. بدون حساب لا توجد نسخة احتياطية، ويبدأ الطفل من جديد.

كيف أحذف حسابي أو بيانات طفلي؟

من التطبيق: ركن الأهل ← حسابي ← حذف الحساب (تأكيد مزدوج). أو راسلنا من بريد الحساب. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب.

كيف أسحب موافقة التسويق؟

من ركن الأهل ← حسابي أوقف خيار موافقة التسويق واحفظ، أو راسلنا. لا يتأثر عمل التطبيق.

كيف أغيّر «بطل» إلى «بطلة»، أو اللغة؟

من ركن الأهل ← الإعدادات: اختر اللغة (العربية أو English)، وحدّد هل يخاطب التطبيق طفلك بـ«بطل» أم «بطلة»، والمظهر وحجم الخط وعدد مرات التكرار. نص القرآن يبقى عربيًا دائمًا.

كيف يسجّل طفلي صوته؟ وأين يُحفظ؟

في شاشة الحفظ اضغط زر التسجيل وردّد الآية، ثم اضغط «صوتي» لتسمعه و«الشيخ» لتقارن. أول مرة يُطلب إذن الميكروفون خلف بوابة الأهل. يبقى التسجيل على الجهاز فقط ولا يُرفع. للسماح بالإذن بعد رفضه: في أندرويد الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← بستان القرآن ← الأذونات، وفي الآيفون الإعدادات ← بستان القرآن.

هل فيه إعلانات أو مشتريات؟ وما الذي تجمعونه؟

لا إعلانات ولا مشتريات ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة. نجمع بيانات تقنية قليلة لتشغيل التطبيق وتحسينه، وبيانات الأهل فقط إذا أنشأوا حسابًا. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.

ما الأجهزة المدعومة؟

هواتف وأجهزة لوحية بنظام أندرويد، وآيفون وآيباد (قريبًا على App Store). يعمل التطبيق بالعربية (من اليمين) والإنجليزية، بمظهر داكن أو فاتح.

من أين المحتوى؟

نص القرآن الكريم (رواية حفص) والتفسير الميسّر من مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف. والتلاوة بصوت الشيخ محمد صديق المنشاوي. والتطبيق وسيلة مساعدة للحفظ ولا يغني عن معلّم يصحّح التلاوة.

Frequently asked questions

I cannot hear the recitation. What can I do?
  1. Turn the device volume up. On iPhone, check that the silent switch is not set to silent.
  2. Make sure the internet is on, or that the surah is downloaded for offline listening. The recitation is fetched from the internet the first time.
  3. If Bluetooth headphones are connected, disconnect them or check their volume, and close other apps that play sound.
  4. Close the app and open it again.
  5. "Sound effects" have their own switch in Parents' corner, Settings, separate from the recitation.
  6. If it still does not work, write to us with your device model and system version.
How do I download the recitation to listen offline?

Open the Parents' corner, then "Listen offline", and choose Juz Amma and Al-Fatiha, the whole Quran (large, use Wi-Fi), or one juz or surah. To free space, tap "Remove downloads".

How do I open the Parents' corner?

Tap the "Parents" tab. A question appears with a number written in words, for example "twenty-seven". Type it in digits (27), then press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The gate keeps young children out of the settings and the account.

How do I create an account, and why?

An account is optional. In Parents' corner, My account enter your details and your children's, and accept the privacy policy (required); turn on marketing consent only if you wish (optional). An account lets you back up the children's progress and restore it on a new device with a code sent to your email. Without an account the app works fully.

I changed phone. How do I restore my child's progress?

If you made an account: install the app on the new device, open Parents' corner, My account, Sign in, enter your email and then the 6-digit code you receive (valid 10 minutes). Progress and profiles come back. Without an account there is no backup and your child starts fresh.

How do I delete my account or my child's data?

In the app: Parents' corner, My account, Delete account (double confirmation). Or write to us from the account's email. Details are on the Delete account page.

How do I withdraw marketing consent?

In Parents' corner, My account switch off the marketing consent option and save, or write to us. The app keeps working.

How do I switch between boy and girl, or change the language?

Go to Parents' corner, Settings. Choose the language (العربية or English), whether the app addresses your child as a boy or a girl, the appearance, text size and repeat count. The Quran text always stays in Arabic.

How does my child record their voice, and where is it saved?

On the memorizing screen tap the record button and recite the ayah, then tap "My voice" to hear it and "Sheikh" to compare. The first time, the microphone permission is requested behind the parents' gate. The recording stays on the device and is never uploaded. To allow the permission after refusing: on Android go to Settings, Apps, Quran Garden, Permissions; on iPhone go to Settings, Quran Garden.

Are there ads or purchases? What do you collect?

No ads, no purchases and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. We collect a little technical data to run and improve the app, and parents' data only if they create an account. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Which devices are supported?

Android phones and tablets, and iPhone and iPad (coming soon on the App Store). The app works in Arabic (right to left) and English, in dark or light appearance.

Where does the content come from?

The Quran text (Hafs narration) and the simplified tafsir are from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran. The recitation is by Sheikh Muhammad Siddiq al-Minshawi. The app is an aid for memorizing and does not replace a teacher who corrects recitation.
