«بستان القرآن» تطبيق يحفظ فيه الطفل (من 3 إلى 12 سنة) القرآن الكريم آية آية. هذه الصفحة تشرح، بوضوح وصدق، ما الذي نجمعه وأين نحفظه ولماذا. جمعنا أقل ما يلزم، والباقي بيدك.
باختصار
- الحساب اختياري. التطبيق يعمل كاملًا بدون حساب.
- لا إعلانات، ولا مشتريات، ولا بيع للبيانات، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع أو إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة.
- الأطفال لا يكتبون أي بيانات شخصية. أي بيانات شخصية يُدخلها ولي الأمر فقط، داخل ركن الأهل خلف بوابة الكبار.
- لا نحفظ عنوان IP ولا المدينة ولا مزوّد الإنترنت ولا طراز الجهاز. نحفظ فقط الدولة.
- إحصاءات الاستخدام اختيارية ومطفأة افتراضيًا، ولا تحتوي اسم الطفل ولا عمره ولا جنسه، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت فتُحذف.
- تسجيلات صوت الطفل تبقى على الجهاز ولا تُرفع.
- يمكنك تنزيل بياناتك وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا.
1 من المسؤول عن البيانات

2 الأساسي: ما يصل إلينا دائمًا، دون حاجة إلى موافقة
هذه أقل بيانات لازمة ليعمل التطبيق ويبقى آمنًا ويمكننا إصلاح أعطاله. تُرسل مع معرّف التثبيت العشوائي فقط، ولا تُربط أبدًا بطفل:
- معرّف تثبيت عشوائي: رقم عشوائي يُنشأ عند أول تشغيل ليميّز هذا التثبيت. ليس معرّف إعلانات، ولا Android ID، ولا IDFA، ولا IMEI، ولا يرتبط بهويتك.
- معلومات الجهاز والتطبيق (الحد الأدنى): المنصة (أندرويد أو iOS)، واسم نظام التشغيل ورقم إصداره الرئيسي فقط، وإصدار التطبيق، ولغة الجهاز، والمنطقة الزمنية كفرق ساعات فقط دون اسم المنطقة، وفئة الشاشة (هاتف أو لوح). لا نجمع الشركة المصنّعة ولا طراز الجهاز ولا حجم الشاشة الدقيق ولا نوع الاتصال.
- الدولة فقط: يصل عنوان IP إلى الخادم مع كل طلب كما يصل إلى أي موقع، ونستخرج منه رمز الدولة لحظة الطلب باستخدام قاعدة بيانات محلية على خادمنا (DB-IP)، ثم نحفظ الدولة فقط. لا نحفظ عنوان IP، ولا المدينة، ولا مزوّد الإنترنت. لا نستخدم GPS ولا نطلب إذن الموقع، والدولة المستخلصة تقريبية وقد لا تكون دقيقة.
- أحداث أساسية قليلة: فتح التطبيق (مرة واحدة يوميًا على الأكثر)، وأعطال التطبيق (نوع العطل وبصمة تقنية ورقم الإصدار، دون نص رسالة الخطأ)، ونجاح تنزيل الصوت أو فشله (نوعه وحجمه).
تُرسل البيانات عبر اتصال HTTPS مشفّر. وكأي خادم ويب، قد يحتفظ مزوّد الاستضافة بسجلات تقنية قياسية للطلبات (تتضمن عنوان IP) لفترة قصيرة تحددها الاستضافة لأغراض الأمان فقط؛ لا نستخدمها للتحليل ولا نخزّنها في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق. ولمنع إساءة الاستخدام نحتفظ بعدّادات مؤقتة لعدد الطلبات (بصيغة مجزّأة غير مقروءة) تنتهي خلال يوم على الأكثر.
3 اختياري: إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة
بعد أن يجتاز ولي الأمر «باب الكبار» يشرح له التطبيق الأمر ويسأله، والزرّان بالحجم والشكل نفسيهما: «هل تساعدنا في تحسين البستان بإرسال إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة (بدون اسم ولا عمر ولا موقع)؟»، والجواب الافتراضي لا. إذا وافق ولي الأمر نرسل:
- الشاشات المفتوحة، وبدء الجلسة ومدتها.
- السور والآيات التي استُمع إليها أو رُدِّدت (رقم السورة والآية فقط)، واجتياز الاختبارات والترتيب، والنجوم والأوسمة والمهام المنجزة.
- تغيير الثيم والإعدادات (اسم الإعداد فقط دون قيمته)، وبدء التنزيلات، والمشاركة، ونجاح بوابة الأهل أو فشلها (دون تسجيل إجابتك).
لا تتضمن هذه الأحداث أبدًا اسم الطفل أو عمره أو جنسه أو صورته الرمزية أو أي معرّف لطفل أو لحساب. تُحفظ هذه الأحداث مع سجلّ الجهاز (معرّف التثبيت العشوائي). وما دام هذا الجهاز مسجَّل الدخول في حساب ولي أمر، فإن سجلّ الجهاز يذكر الحساب الذي دخل إليه (لازم للمزامنة)، فهي قابلة للربط بحسابك من حيث المبدأ. لكننا لا نربطها: لوحة الإدارة تعرض الأحداث بلا اسم ولي أمر ولا بريد، ولا نستعملها لبناء ملف عن أسرة، وهي ضمن ملف «تنزيل بياناتي». يمكن لولي الأمر تغيير الاختيار في أي وقت من «ركن الأهل»، ثم «الخصوصية». عند الإيقاف تُحذف أحداث الاستخدام المخزّنة لهذا الجهاز ولا نستقبل غيرها. ويُسجَّل اختيارك مع وقته على خادمنا.
4 ما يقدّمه ولي الأمر طوعًا (حساب الأهل)
إنشاء حساب اختياري، ويتم فقط من «ركن الأهل ← حسابي» بعد بوابة الكبار. إذا أنشأه ولي الأمر فهو يُدخل:
- إلزاميًا: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني (لإرسال رمز التحقق)، والدولة، وموافقة الخصوصية.
- اختياريًا: رقم الهاتف (مع رمز الدولة)، والمدينة، وكيف سمع بالتطبيق. لا نسأل عن جنس ولي الأمر.
- ملفات الأطفال (حتى 4): الاسم الأول أو لقب (اختياري)، والعمر (3 إلى 12)، وهل هو ولد أم بنت، والصورة الرمزية (من صور جاهزة وليست صورًا شخصية).
- نسخة احتياطية للتقدّم: نجوم كل طفل وأوسمته ومهامه وإعداداته، لاستعادتها عند تغيير الجهاز.
- سجل الموافقة: وقت موافقتك ونسخة هذا النص ونسخة التطبيق وقتها. لا نحفظ عنوان IP معها.
يُستخدم البريد الإلكتروني للتحقق برمز لمرة واحدة (6 أرقام، صالح 10 دقائق) عند الدخول على جهاز جديد، ويُحذف الرمز خلال يوم. لا نطلب أي كلمة مرور.
5 دعوة عائلة أخرى (اختياري)
يمكن لولي الأمر، من ركن الأهل وخلف بوابة الكبار فقط، أن يشارك رابط دعوة ورمزًا من 6 خانات. لا يرى الطفل زر الدعوة أبدًا، ولا تتضمن بطاقة المشاركة اسم الطفل ولا نصًا من القرآن. عندما تستخدم عائلة أخرى الرمز نحفظ فقط رمز الدعوة والمعرّفين العشوائيين للجهازين ووقت الاستخدام وحالته، ولا نحفظ أي بيانات أخرى عن العائلة المدعوّة، ولا نرفع جهات اتصال. تتأهل الدعوة عندما يُستخدم الجهاز المدعو في 3 أيام مختلفة، فتحصل العائلتان على ثيم خاص للبستان (لا مال ولا عملات).
6 الموافقات
- موافقة الخصوصية (إلزامية لإنشاء حساب): بدونها لا يُنشأ الحساب، ويبقى التطبيق يعمل بدون حساب.
- موافقة إحصاءات الاستخدام (اختيارية، ومطفأة افتراضيًا): القسم 3. يمكن سحبها في أي وقت وتُحذف الأحداث عندها.
- موافقة التسويق (اختيارية، وغير مفعّلة افتراضيًا): للسماح لنا بمراسلتك بأخبار التطبيق وعروضه. يمكنك سحبها في أي وقت من «حسابي» أو بمراسلتنا، ولا يتأثر عمل التطبيق.
- الاستخدام الأساسي في القسم 2 لازم لتشغيل التطبيق وتأمينه وإصلاحه، ونعتمد فيه على مصلحتنا المشروعة في ذلك، وهو لا يتضمّن بيانات تعريفية بك أو بطفلك.
7 لماذا نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل التطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء وتأمينه ومنع إساءة الاستخدام (مثل تحديد عدد المحاولات).
- حفظ تقدّم الطفل واستعادته على جهاز جديد (لمن أنشأ حسابًا).
- إحصاءات مجمّعة عن عدد المستخدمين والدول والإصدارات؛ وأرقام الاستخدام (الشاشات والسور والاحتفاظ بالمستخدمين) تُحسب من الأجهزة التي وافقت فقط.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك أو دعمك، وإرسال أخبار وعروض فقط إذا منحتَ موافقة التسويق.
لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان، ولا نبني بها ملفات تعريفية لأغراض إعلانية.
8 الأطفال
- التطبيق موجّه إلى الأطفال من 3 إلى 12 سنة وإلى أهلهم.
- لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية مباشرة من الأطفال. الطفل لا يكتب اسمه ولا بريده ولا هاتفه؛ هذه الحقول موجودة فقط في ركن الأهل خلف بوابة الكبار (سؤال بعدد مكتوب بالحروف ثم ضغط مطوّل 3 ثوانٍ)، ويُدخلها ولي الأمر وحده.
- أي بيانات عن الطفل (الاسم والعمر والجنس والتقدّم) يدخلها ولي الأمر ونعالجها بناءً على موافقته وبطلبه، ولا ترتبط بأي حدث استخدام.
- لا إعلانات، ولا مشتريات، ولا دردشة أو ميزات اجتماعية، ولا أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة، ولا معرّف إعلانات.
- إذا رأيت أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا بيانات شخصية، راسلنا لنحذفها فورًا.
9 أين تُخزَّن البيانات وكم مدة الاحتفاظ بها
تُخزَّن البيانات على خادمنا (الاستضافة التي تشغّل mihrabjo.com)، وتنتقل بين التطبيق والخادم عبر HTTPS.

عند حذف الحساب تُحذف فورًا بيانات ولي الأمر والأطفال والتقدّم، وتُفصل الأجهزة عن الحساب. أما أحداث الاستخدام التقنية فمرتبطة بالجهاز فقط: بعد فصل الأجهزة لا يبقى ما يربطها بحسابك، وتُحذف بعد 12 شهرًا من استلامها.
10 المشاركة مع الغير
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة ولا نبيعها. الاستثناء الوحيد: إذا ألزمنا القانون أو جهة قضائية مختصة بذلك. ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أي مكتبة تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة، ولا نستخدم Firebase ولا Crashlytics. قد تجمع المتاجر (Google Play وApp Store) معلومات عن التنزيل وفق سياساتها هي. ويُرسل رمز التحقق عبر البريد من خادمنا نفسه.
11 الأمان
تنتقل البيانات عبر HTTPS، ويُحمى الوصول إلى لوحة الإدارة بحسابات خاصة بالمطوّر فقط، ويرتبط التطبيق بالخادم بمفتاح تطبيق ورمز خاص بكل جهاز، ويُحدّ عدد محاولات الدخول. لا نخزّن كلمات مرور لأنه لا توجد كلمات مرور. ومع كل ذلك لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، وإن اكتشفنا اختراقًا يمسّ بياناتك فسنبلغك والجهات المختصة وفق القانون.
12 حقوقك
يحق لك (ولولي الأمر عن طفله):
- الاطلاع والنسخة: من التطبيق («ركن الأهل ← حسابي ← تنزيل بياناتي») تحصل على ملف JSON بكل ما نحتفظ به عن حسابك.
- التصحيح: تعديل بياناتك من «ركن الأهل ← حسابي»، أو بطلب منا.
- الحذف: حذف الحساب من التطبيق («ركن الأهل ← حسابي ← حذف الحساب»)، أو بمراسلتنا، أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.
- سحب الموافقة: إحصاءات الاستخدام وموافقة التسويق في أي وقت، وسحب موافقة الخصوصية بحذف الحساب.
- الاعتراض والشكوى: يحق لك الاعتراض على المعالجة أو تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية في بلدك.
لممارسة أي حق لا يغطيه التطبيق راسلنا على hello@malik7mb7.com من البريد المسجّل في الحساب، وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. قد نطلب منك ما يثبت هويتك لحماية بياناتك.
13 الميكروفون وتسجيلات الصوت
لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الميكروفون عند فتحه، بل فقط عندما يضغط الطفل زر التسجيل، وأول مرة خلف بوابة الأهل. تبقى التسجيلات على الجهاز ولا تُرفع إلينا، ولا نحلّلها. تُحذف بزر «احذف» أو بحذف بيانات التطبيق أو بحذف التطبيق.
14 التلاوة والتنزيلات
يُجلب صوت التلاوة (بصوت الشيخ محمد صديق المنشاوي) من خادمنا https://mihrabjo.com/audio/minshawy/ عبر HTTPS. نص القرآن والتفسير والرسومات مضمّنة في التطبيق.
15 تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سنغيّر «تاريخ السريان» أعلاها، وإن كان التغيير جوهريًا فسنخبرك في التطبيق ونسأل موافقتك من جديد عند الحاجة. لن نبدأ باستخدام البيانات لغرض جديد دون إبلاغك وأخذ موافقتك عند الحاجة.

Privacy Policy
Quran Garden (بستان القرآن) is an app where children aged 3 to 12 memorize the Quran ayah by ayah. This page explains, clearly and honestly, what we collect, where we keep it and why. We collect the least we need, and the rest is up to you.
In short
- An account is optional. The app works fully without one.
- No ads, no purchases, no sale of data, and no third-party analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
- Children never type personal data. Any personal data is entered by a parent only, inside the parents' corner behind a grown-ups' gate.
- We do not store your IP address, your city, your internet provider or your device model. We store only your country.
- Usage statistics are optional and off by default. They never contain a child's name, age or gender, and turning them off deletes them.
- Your child's voice recordings stay on the device and are never uploaded.
- You can download your data and delete your account at any time, in the app or by emailing us.
1. Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is Malik AlBalasmeh (مالك البلاسمة). Website: https://malik7mb7.com/. Contact and rights requests: hello@malik7mb7.com. In this page, "we" means the controller named here.
2. Essential: what always reaches us, with no consent needed
This is the least the app needs to work, stay safe and let us fix crashes. It is sent with the random install ID only, and is never linked to a child:
- A random install ID: a random number created on first launch to tell this installation apart. It is not an advertising ID, Android ID, IDFA or IMEI, and it is not linked to who you are.
- Minimal device and app information: platform (Android or iOS), operating system name and major version only, app version, device language, time zone as an hour offset only (no zone name), and screen class (phone or tablet). We do not collect the make or model of the device, the exact screen size or the connection type.
- Country only: like any website, our server receives your IP address with each request. At that moment we look up the country code in a local database on our own server (DB-IP) and keep the country only. We do not store the IP address, the city or the internet provider. We do not use GPS and do not ask for location permission. The country is approximate and may be wrong.
- A few essential events: app open (at most once a day), app errors (the type of error, a technical fingerprint and the version, never the error message text), and whether an audio download succeeded or failed (its kind and size).
Data travels over encrypted HTTPS. As with any web server, our hosting provider may keep standard technical request logs (which include IP addresses) for a short period set by the host, for security only; we do not use them for analytics and they are not in the app's database. To prevent abuse we keep short-lived request counters (in a hashed, unreadable form) that expire within a day.
3. Optional: anonymous usage statistics
After a parent passes the grown-ups' gate, the app explains it and asks (both answers are buttons of the same size and look): "Help us improve the garden by sending anonymous usage statistics (no name, age or location)?" The default answer is No. If the parent agrees, we receive:
- Screens opened, and the start and length of a session.
- Surahs and ayahs listened to or repeated (the surah and ayah number only), tests and ordering passed, stars, badges and tasks earned.
- Theme and settings changes (the name of the setting only, never its value), downloads started, sharing, and whether the parents' gate was passed or failed (your answer is not recorded).
These events never contain a child's name, age, gender, avatar, or any child or account identifier. They are stored with the device record (the random install ID). While that device is signed in to a parent account, the device record notes which account it is signed in to (sync needs it), so the events can be linked to your account in principle. We do not link them: the admin shows events without any parent name or email, we do not use them to build a profile of a family, and they are included in your "Download my data" file. A parent can change the choice at any time in "Parents' corner, Privacy". When switched off, the usage events stored for that device are deleted and no more are accepted. Your choice and its time are recorded on our server.
4. What a parent provides voluntarily (parent account)
Creating an account is optional and happens only in "Parents' corner, My account", after the grown-ups' gate. If a parent creates one, they enter:
- Required: name, email (to send the sign-in code), country, and the privacy consent.
- Optional: phone number (with country code), city, and how they heard about the app. We do not ask for the parent's gender.
- Children's profiles (up to 4): first name or nickname (optional), age (3 to 12), boy or girl, and an avatar (picked from ready-made pictures, not photos).
- A progress backup: each child's stars, badges, tasks and settings, so they can be restored on a new device.
- A consent record: the time of your consent, the version of this text and the app version at that time. We do not store an IP address with it.
The email is used to verify you with a one-time code (6 digits, valid 10 minutes) when signing in on a new device, and the code is deleted within a day. We do not ask for a password.
5. Inviting another family (optional)
A parent, inside the parents' corner and behind the grown-ups' gate only, can share an invitation link and a 6-character code. The child never sees the invite button, and the share card contains no child name and no Quran text. When another family uses the code we store only the invitation code, the random IDs of the two devices, the time and the status. We keep no other data about the invited family and upload no contacts. An invitation qualifies when the invited device is used on 3 different days; both families then unlock a special garden theme (no money, no currency).
6. Consent
- Privacy consent (required to create an account): without it no account is created, and the app still works without an account.
- Usage statistics consent (optional, off by default): section 3. It can be withdrawn at any time and the events are then deleted.
- Marketing consent (optional, off by default): lets us contact you with news and offers about the app. You can withdraw it at any time in "My account" or by emailing us, and the app keeps working.
- The essential use in section 2 is needed to run, secure and repair the app. We rely on our legitimate interest for it, and it contains no data that identifies you or your child.
7. Why we use the data
- To run, secure and repair the app and prevent abuse (for example rate limiting).
- To back up a child's progress and restore it on a new device (for those who made an account).
- Aggregate statistics about installs, countries and versions. Usage numbers (screens, surahs, retention) are computed from the devices that opted in only.
- To contact you about your account or support, and to send news and offers only if you gave marketing consent.
We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not build advertising profiles with it.
8. Children
- The app is made for children aged 3 to 12 and their parents.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A child does not type a name, email or phone number; those fields exist only in the parents' corner behind the grown-ups' gate (a number written in words, then a 3-second press and hold), and only a parent fills them in.
- Any data about a child (name, age, gender, progress) is entered by the parent and processed on the basis of the parent's consent and request. It is never attached to a usage event.
- No ads, no purchases, no chat or social features, no third-party analytics or advertising tools, and no advertising ID.
- If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Where data is stored and how long we keep it
Data is stored on our own server (the hosting that runs mihrabjo.com) and travels between the app and the server over HTTPS.

When an account is deleted, the parent's and children's data and the progress backup are deleted at once, and devices are unlinked from the account. Technical usage events are tied to the device only: once the devices are unlinked nothing connects them to your account any more, and they are deleted 12 months after we received them.
10. Sharing
We do not share your data with anyone and do not sell it. The only exception is when the law or a competent authority requires us to. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking library, and we do not use Firebase or Crashlytics. The app stores (Google Play and the App Store) may collect download information under their own policies. The email verification code is sent from our own server.
11. Security
Data travels over HTTPS, the admin panel is limited to the developer's own accounts, the app talks to the server using an app key and a token specific to each device, and sign-in attempts are rate limited. We store no passwords because there are none. No system is 100% secure; if we find a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Your rights
You (and a parent on behalf of their child) have the right to:
- Access and a copy: in the app ("Parents' corner, My account, Download my data") you get a JSON file with everything we hold about your account.
- Correction: edit your details in "Parents' corner, My account", or ask us to.
- Deletion: delete the account in the app ("Parents' corner, My account, Delete account"), by emailing us, or from the Delete account page.
- Withdraw consent: usage statistics and marketing at any time, and privacy consent by deleting the account.
- Object and complain: object to processing or complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
For any right the app does not cover, write to hello@malik7mb7.com from the email registered on the account. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to prove your identity to protect your data.
13. Microphone and voice recordings
The app does not ask for the microphone when it opens, only when the child taps the record button, and the first time behind the parents' gate. Recordings stay on the device and are never uploaded to us, and we do not analyze them. They are removed with the Delete button, by deleting app data, or by uninstalling the app.
14. Recitation and downloads
The recitation audio (by Sheikh Muhammad Siddiq al-Minshawi) is fetched from our server https://mihrabjo.com/audio/minshawy/ over HTTPS. The Quran text, tafsir and artwork are bundled inside the app.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Effective date" above, and for a significant change we will tell you in the app and ask for your consent again where needed. We will not start using data for a new purpose without telling you and, where needed, asking for your consent.
16. Contact us
