حذف الحساب
يمكن لولي الأمر حذف حسابه وبيانات أطفاله من «بستان القرآن» في أي وقت. هذه الصفحة تشرح الطريقتين.
الطريقة الأولى: من التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح «بستان القرآن» واضغط تبويب ركن الأهل، واجتز بوابة الكبار.
- اختر حسابي.
- اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد (يُطلب تأكيدان).
يُنفَّذ الحذف فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
الطريقة الثانية: بالبريد
إن لم يعد التطبيق في متناولك، أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجّل في الحساب إلى hello@malik7mb7.com بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، واذكر بريد الحساب في نص الرسالة. سنحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد لك بالرد.

ما الذي يُحذف
- بيانات ولي الأمر: الاسم والبريد والدولة والهاتف والمدينة إن أدخلتها، وكل ما أدخلته.
- ملفات الأطفال: الأسماء والأعمار والجنس والصور الرمزية.
- النسخة الاحتياطية للتقدّم (النجوم والأوسمة والمهام).
- سجلات الموافقة، وربط الأجهزة بالحساب.
ما الذي يبقى
- أحداث الاستخدام التقنية (مثل السور المسموعة وأخطاء التطبيق) مرتبطة بالجهاز فقط؛ بعد فصل الأجهزة عن الحساب لا يبقى ما يربطها بك، وتُحذف نهائيًا بعد 12 شهرًا من استلامها.
- بيانات التقدّم المحفوظة على جهاز طفلك نفسه تبقى عليه حتى تحذف بيانات التطبيق من «ركن الأهل» أو تحذف التطبيق. تسجيلات الصوت على الجهاز أيضًا.
لحذف الحساب لا حاجة إلى حذف التطبيق، ويمكنك الاستمرار في استخدامه بدون حساب. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
Delete account
A parent can delete their account and their children's data from Quran Garden at any time. This page explains both ways.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Quran Garden, tap the Parents tab and pass the grown-ups' gate.
- Choose My account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm (you are asked to confirm twice).
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the app, send an email from the address registered on the account to hello@malik7mb7.com with the subject "Delete account", and write the account email in the message. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

We may ask you to prove the email is yours, to protect your account.
What is deleted
- The parent's data: name, email, country, and the phone and city if you entered them, and everything entered.
- The children's profiles: names, ages, gender and avatars.
- The progress backup (stars, badges and tasks).
- Consent records, and the link between devices and the account.
What remains
- Technical usage events (such as surahs listened to and app errors) are tied to the device only; once the devices are unlinked from the account nothing connects them to you, and they are permanently deleted 12 months after we received them.
- Progress saved on your child's device itself stays there until you delete the app data from the Parents' corner or uninstall the app. Voice recordings on the device too.
You do not need to uninstall the app to delete the account; you can keep using it without an account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
